500 Oregon Laminations Premium brand Prayer Card size 7 mil hot laminating pouches 2-3/4" x 4-1/2" with standard 1/8" radius rounded corners and clear gloss finish. High gloss finish makes colors pop. Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" (or less) to leave standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge. -Metric specs = 70mm x 114mm and 175 microns thick per flap. Also, known as memorial cards, mass cards, holy cards & prayer cards. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps. TIPS: Industry standard specification for 7 mil laminating pouches is 7 mils on each flap for a total of 14 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three. They should be called laminating folders. Note: All laminating pouches are NOT the same, especially in clarity and bonding.
