Tabcast-94 is 94% alumina, hydraulic setting Dense Castable Refractory cement. It can resist temperatures up to 3270F (1800C) providing outstanding insulation value, structural strength, and resistance to chemical attack because of its high purity content. High Thermal Resistance: This refractory cement when applied offers high insulation value and can resist temperatures up to 3270°F / 1800°C. Chemical Resistance: This high temperature cement provides outstanding resistance to the penetration of acid, neutral, and basic slags. Enhanced Efficiency: Because of the low thermal conductivity and good volume stability offered, high temp cement increases the thermal efficiency of the equipment. Applications: Effective in applications at places with excessive wear and abrasive heating atmosphere. It can be put to use to precast residential Fireplaces, line BBQ Pit, Pizza Ovens, Stove, Building Forge, Foundry Furnace and to cast custom shapes and other complex or uneven structures.
