There is a reasonable expectation for some small variation in size due to the nature of cotton which can expand and retract for a wide variety of reasons, such as weather, temperature, humidity, etc. All cuts are made by hand without aid from a machine. The overage or underage of several inches on width or length does not change the overall square footage, nor the appearance of the macrame hanging.
