This wooden cooking tool is one that you will pass down through your family for generations to come. Mesquite wood is one of the hardest woods around (more than twice as hard as walnut!) and it will make quick work of any stubborn bits stuck to your pan. Yet, it still isn’t hard enough to damage your delicate cookware. Finished with Coconut Oil 100% Pure Coconut Derived & Vegan Oil. I use a very high quality coconut oil made through a refinement process that does not use solvents. This is a food safe oil. Made from Mesquite wood native to Texas, these hand-made spatulas will be sure to brighten up your next cooking adventure either in the kitchen or your next camping trip. Texas Mesquite Made in USA (Texas) Includes leather loop for hanging. I make these mesquite spatulas by hand. They are not created through CNC (computer machined) each one will be slightly unique (they will have variations in their grain, color and size). Pricing these spatulas individually. While mesquite will be more durable than a normal wood spatula, please follow this care guide to ensure it lasts decades.
