Founded in 1913, the small fountain pen store “W.A Schefer Pen Company” has developed to become a leading American writing company. White dot mark on the top of the clip to indicate tradition and quality that exudes the white dots. This mark was applied to all products by founder Shafer in 1924 as a proof of quality passage. The white dots used in the logo are a symbol of Shaffer’s quality and reliability and symbolizes the brand.
